Safe Isolation and Reinstatement of Plant (SIRPs) Training
This 2-day course combines classroom learning with hands-on practical exercises using ASET’s live ABCOL Process Training Platform. Designed around HSE guidance (HSG 253), the course develops the knowledge and practical understanding required to safely plan, carry out, and supervise plant and process isolations.
Covering isolation procedures, permit to work systems, risk assessment, lock out/tag out, vessel entry, and plant recommissioning, the course is built around realistic operational scenarios. With 70% practical content, delegates gain valuable hands-on experience that helps reinforce learning and instil confidence in safe isolation procedures.
