City & Guilds

The ASET International Energy Training Academy has an exclusive range of Engineering qualifications from City & Guilds of London, the UK’s leading Awarding Body for the Engineering and Construction industries. ASET’s City & Guilds 9841 certification scheme consists of an exclusive range of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering courses. These specialised skills based courses consist of an integrated training methodology to ensure delegates achieve the desired Knowledge, Know-how, Understanding, Skills - leading to a formal assessment to demonstrate every training delegate has reached a competent level to achieve the City & Guilds 9841 certification.

Each 9841 course is defined with detailed course content and Key Learning Outcomes to provide assurance to employers and self-learners on the knowledge and skills that will be achieved during each training course.

ASET’s exclusive City & Guilds 0672 certification scheme is a competence based qualification for Electrical personnel operating power distribution networks and switchgear. Part of the ASET competency assessment requires course delegates to complete a written examination and a practical assessment to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the course.

ASET’s exclusive 0672 City & Guilds qualification has, over many years, become the entry course and standard in the North East of Scotland and wider UK energy industries, for further authorisations by Electrical personnel.
