About this course
This is a digital online course which you can access from any location as long as you have internet access. The flexibility and convenience of digital online learning allows you to work through your training course at your own pace. Confirmation of your booking and the log in details for your digital online course will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking within 24 hours. Please note booking confirmations and log in details will only be issued Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:15 – 16:30. Logins are valid for 14 days from the date you are issued your username and password.

Course Structure
This digital online course consists of a Course Introduction followed by individual “Lesson Sections”. Upon completion of each “Lesson Section” you will be taken through a brief multiple choice question and answer session to confirm you have understood the learning subjects within that section. Once you have completed all “Lesson Sections” the final part of the assessment consists of an online exam comprising 12 multiple choice questions and answers to demonstrate that you have achieved the required learning outcomes.
