Key Learning Outcomes:
- To provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the offshore oil and gas process, utilities, refinery and general operations including the associated hazards.

• Oil Exploration
• Well Operations
• Drilling & Completion
• Production process equipment layout from reservoir to storage/export
• Hazards Associated with production operations
• Process Operations including all the production fundamentals
• Practical Exercises on our state of the art ABCOL Oil and Gas Production Training Platform
• Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• Emergency Shutdown systems (ESD)
• Fire and Gas systems
• Refinery Operations
Assessment:
Each delegate will undertake an open book multiple-choice examination paper to demonstrate they have achieved the key learning outcomes detailed above
Delivery
This course exclusively uses ASET’s market leading live and fully integrated ABCOL Oil and Gas Production Training Platform, allowing the delegates a live and hands on experience of oil and gas production operations.
Certification
SCQF Level 4 Certificate.
Required Instructor Qualification/Experience
• SVQ Level 3 in Processing Operations Hydrocarbons or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years offshore experience in production operations
• A1 or equivalent Workplace Assessor
• ASET Approved Instructor Assessor
